Hello Terrace Shores Congregation.

Since our last update, the Search Team has been presented with two additional candidates. One of those candidates appeared as if they could be a fit for our position, so we did two Zoom interviews with them, had the elders interview them, and we then brought the candidate, his wife and child into Green Lake for a three day visit. Ultimately, the decision was made to pass on this candidate and continue the search.

NL Moore, our search consulting firm, is continuing to search for additional candidates who they can present to us. In the meantime, please be joining us in prayer for this process and all those involved in it. We know God has a candidate already selected to fill our role and we will continue in this process until that person is revealed to us.
